Due to our product being exclusively printed and framed for each order, we do not accept returns.. In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will rectify the problem.
Returns & Exchanges — SLF TTLD
Due to the limited nature of this release and the preorder production process, all sales are considered final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address submissions
- Delays caused by postal carriers or customs
Damaged Orders
If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damage
We’ll assess the issue and work with you on a suitable resolution where applicable.
Preorder Cancellations
Preorders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are locked into production quantities and cannot be refunded.
Separate Orders
If your order includes both preorder books and other items (such as prints), your order may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and fulfillment timing. Additional shipping charges may apply in some cases.
