Framed Prints

We ship framed prints Australia-wide with premium couriers.

Flat rate: $100

They’re bulky and fragile, so we take extra care to get them to you safely.

Unframed Prints

Flat rate: $20

Prints are rolled and packed in sturdy tubes for safe delivery.

🌍 International

Unframed Prints Only

Flat rate: $40

We ship unframed prints worldwide, carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

Framed prints are not available for international shipping, they’re too fragile to travel safely overseas.

⏱️ Turnaround Time

All our prints are individually made to order. Please allow:

Up to 3 weeks for domestic orders
Up to 6 weeks for international orders (depending on your location)
Print-only orders will usually ship within 7 days

Order times can vary depending on how many orders we’re processing at once, but we always do our best to get your art out the door as quickly as possible.

🌐 Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Please note: International orders may be subject to local customs charges, duties, or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they might be.

Freyee Photography cannot be held responsible for any additional fees, and we legally can’t mark orders as gifts to avoid customs, please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All prints are made to order, just for you. Because of the custom nature of our work, we can’t offer refunds or swaps for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

Shipping & Returns — SLF TTLD Book

Preorder Shipping Information

SLF TTLD is currently available as a preorder item.

Books are expected to begin shipping approximately 8 weeks from May 28, 2026. Please note that production and freight timelines can occasionally shift slightly outside of our control, but all customers will be kept updated throughout the process.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

All books are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.

International Orders

We ship worldwide.

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees upon arrival in their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to mark orders as gifts or alter declared values.

Delivery Estimates

After dispatch, estimated shipping times are:

Australia: 3–10 business days
International: delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods.

Returns & Exchanges — SLF TTLD

Due to the limited nature of this release and the preorder production process, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect address submissions
Delays caused by postal carriers or customs

Damaged Orders

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the damage

We’ll assess the issue and work with you on a suitable resolution where applicable.

Preorder Cancellations

Preorders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are locked into production quantities and cannot be refunded.

Separate Orders

If your order includes both preorder books and other items (such as prints), your order may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and fulfillment timing. Additional shipping charges may apply in some cases.
